Main Tasks:
• To timely and sufficiently deal with various kinds of general legal matters, with fully considering both business units' desire and potential legal risks
• Drafting, revising different kinds of legal documents including but not limited to different kinds of contracts both in Chinese and English
• Providing practical, effective and solution-based legal advice for legal matters in daily work
• Investigation and research relevant new laws
• Supporting litigation, arbitration issues
• Other legal support as assigned.

Skills and responsibilities:
• Master Degree in law
• Working Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience as an in-house legal advisor, in a foreign invested company or as a lawyer in a law firm is preferred
• Proficient in Chinese & English both oral & written;
• Logical thinking and legal mind; amicable and smooth communication
• Ability to work amicably and efficiently as individually and cooperatively with team, and to build good relationship with workmates;
• Proficiency with MS office.
