Working with colleagues and business leaders to develop appropriate strategies / solutions for all issues being raised and also ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations

Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operation; develop, maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly.

Support a wide range of transactions (M&A, Greenfield, Restructuring etc.) for the maximum realisation of business opportunities and company's foorprint.

Regularly provide legal and compliance training to internal customers, such as commercial contract, anti-trust, anti-unfair competition, export control under the relevant laws or Group policy or guideline;

Perform legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims etc. and collaborate with outside counsels effectively and efficiently.

Possess the willingness to understand the business and self-develop competence adapting to new development and trends in market and legal practice (e.g. Cyber Security Law, Data Privacy, E-commerce and automation tools etc.).

Be able to develop transparent and open working relationships with all business and corporate partners at all levels and play as a team member within the legal team and the company.

8 years above working experience

Law degree, PRC bar qualified.

Experience in distributor management or auto industry would be a plus.

Proactive, willing to learn.

Good English/Chinese

Highly prefer law firm plus inhouse experience candidates
