职位描述

Overall Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to Ford’s entire business operations in Nanjing, including the R&D center and the test track

working scope includes corporate affairs, business filing and registration, and contract matters from daily operations, etc.

• Participate and support Ford’s transactions, deals, cooperation projects and other growth plan in Nanjing
• Advice legal issues raised by various business functions, including product development, HR, government affairs, etc.
• Represent legal office to interface with government authorities and other external entities in Nanjing
• Lead all legal matters relating to a commercial vehicle joint venture in China
• Advice and interpret legal questions from Nanjing team in terms of AV, mobility, cybersecurity, data and privacy
• Draft, interpret and assist to enforce corporate procedures and policies in Nanjing
• Draft, review, and translate legal documents in both Chinese and English
• Conduct legal research and analysis in connection with the assigned working responsibility
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.Qualification Requirements:
• Undergraduate from a reputable PRC law school is a must, Master of Law preferred
• A law degree from an Anglo-American jurisdiction strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ legal professional experience in multinational corporations or reputable law firms

experiences in both preferred

• Experience with automotive industry and joint ventures preferred
• Negotiation experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

capable of drafting legal documents in both languages

• Well-organized and be able to work on his/her own under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Passage of the Judicial Exam in the PRC
• Quick learner having good analytical skills
• Good problem solving skills in helping clients in achieving their business objectives within applicable constraints
