Job Posting Details

The appointee is required to teach a range of courses in English for Academic Purposes (EAP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and communication skills for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Applications are particularly welcome from teachers with expertise in discipline-related English, language assessment and teaching advanced learners.

Applicants should have a first degree, a master’s degree in TESOL, applied linguistics or language education and, preferably a recognized language teaching qualification. They should also have some experience in teaching English as a second/foreign language at tertiary/senior secondary level. (Duration: September – December 2020)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including medical benefits and paid leave will be provided where applicable.
