Lecturer
Applicants should (i) have a Master's degree in social work or a Bachelor's degree in social work plus a Master's degree in a related field; (ii) be registered social workers; (iii) have professional expertise in the social work field; and (iv) have at least five years’ post-qualification social work practice experience in one or more of the following areas: macro social work service, social policy, social service management, mental health, gerontology, rehabilitation, medical social work, community development and offender services.
Duties include (a) teaching; and (b) supervision and co-ordination of students’ fieldwork in social service agencies. The appointee will work both during the day and in the evening.
The appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one to two years commencing January 2020, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
