Department: Transmission Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Perform valuations of different types of properties for setting up the block wiring system at target buildings
• Work with engineering team for feasibility proposal preparation/ submission and get the permit-to work for setting up block wiring at the target building
• Conduct meeting with Incorporate Owner Committee(IOC) / Building Management Office (BMO) or Property Developers for getting the approval

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Property Management / Diploma / Certificate Holders or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years’ relevant experiences
• Solid experience in negotiation with any IOC / BMO for getting the permit-to-work is preferred
• Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Site Acquisition Assistant
