Our client is a well known and established developer with extensive multi-asset-class portfolios domestically and is currently searching for a dynamic inidividual to oversee their retail leasing and development function, the ideal candidate will be someone with extensive retail leasing background from a Landlord or Agency background.

Responsibilities:

• Identify leasing prospects and formulate long term leasing strategies for different portfolios under the hostapility group
• Budget, forecast and analyse rental income to maximise revenue and conduct regular tenants performance review
• Work closely will all level of personnel including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and handle contract negotiations for both new and renewals basis
• Oversee junior leasing members and delegate effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Surveying or related Disciplines
• At least 6-7 years of retail leasing experience, preferably from a Landlord or agency backgroun, candidates with strong client side background will also be considered
• Natural communication skills, Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Independent, collaborative yet decisive leadership style
