We are partnered with a prominent restaurant franchise in search for a Leasing Manager. The company has exceptional branding across China, occupying premium shopping malls in first and second tier cities including Shanghai and Beijing. ¡¡This will be a 6 ¨C 12 month project to assist the executive to streamline and optimize their footprint. You will be supported by a top tier consulting firm, as well as the senior management team.

As a part of their efforts to rationalize their national footprint, you will lead the lease streamlining project and be the lead negotiator for the following:

• Early termination on long term leases

• Cost control on existing leases

• Long term streamline strategy across their occupancies

You will have the opportunity to work with multiple top tier retail landlords and utilize your negotiation initiatives to add value to the organisation??s operating costs. You will be reward in return for each transaction you complete.

The ideal candidate will have extensive¡¡leasing track record, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail or mall leasing.

• Both client-side or agency experience would be accepted

• Both tenant or landlord experience would be considered

• Strong, independent negotiator with a proven track record

• Sharp negotiation techniques that is well suited to the Chinese domestic market

• Target driven, with a proactive initiative to achieve the best deal

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills

• Extensive network within the retail/hospitality industry would be strongly favourable

• Top of the market remuneration package, base salary + commission structure ¨C negotiate based on experience

• Well-known restaurant franchise with national footprint
