Leasing Administration Officer (Job ID: 2430)
Responsibilities:
- To manage tenancy administration of a mixed property portfolio for the Bank
- To assist the company’s internal leasing and space planning administration
- To liaise with outside landlords and tenants and internal user on all tenancy related matters
- To assist in identifying new sites for branch network optimization
Requirements:
- Diploma in real estate, property management or related disciplines
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and other related statutory regulations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leasing of Hong Kong properties
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, independent and responsible
