Principal Responsibilities:
Being a Learning PMO align with biz needs, to drive entire training framework/standard work set-up on Learning Solutions & Strategies Development ;
Driving continuous training quality & efficiency improvement via measurement system set-up;
Design & Plan country training framework fully align with biz needs for sales/tech./people manager capability enhancement – training curriculum, frequency, channel, eligibility, trainer(internal & external) pool & reward program, training effectiveness tracking, etc..;
Drive country training standard work delivery as designed and committed to biz ;
Drive country training process/platform efficiency & Quality continuous improvement via Lean/PM/change tools execution;
Design and develop learning solutions and programs that accelerate the building and growing of HVAC China commercial team ;
Coordinate across Learning, Talent& OD and Regional/Strategic Business Unit teams to fully leverage existing and new solutions to ensure that end to end learning solutions exist to support the development of HVAC China Commercial team ;
Build and maintain a national pipeline of master trainers and trainers system with effective training rewards system to deploy learning solutions.
Proactively manage and optimize the annual budget and effectively execute the AOP process in support; manage contracts with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or related major is a must, Master degree is a plus;
8 years’ experience in learning, training or CoE, gained from sizeable MNC.
Tracking record of Learning Curriculum Design & Learning Solutions & Strategies Development
Solid Lean/PM/change tools development experience;
Proven capability on project management and learning material development is a plus;
Good facilitation skills. Good team player and effective influencer from learning professional perspective
Good English in writing and reading is required.
