Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Needs Identification
- Conduct a learning needs analysis to uncover learning gaps and design or improve current courses / seminars
- Develop learning plans for the company
Content Development
- Acquire external learning resources and develop a pool of Subject Matter Experts (both internally and externally
Develop Learning Infrastructures
- Provide and execute calendar with seminar schedule
- Develop IMPACTIVA’s LMS (Learning Management System) for internal online learning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Learning Execution
- Organize tie-ups with factories (footwear, apparel, leather, fabric mills…) to conduct learning for new technical hire
- Mentor and coach all the learning coordinators in the Chennai, India and Dongguan, China offices
Learning Metrics
- Create and monitor the metrics to measure the success of all learning
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in Learning and Development at a major multi-national with a minimum of 5 years as a Leader
- Experience in providing Learning in a manufacturing and service environment
- Experience in leading, coaching, and managing a team of trainer
- Experience in administering an LMS
- Experience in training both mid-management and senior executives on a variety of soft skill topics
- Self-confidence to withstand internal and external pressures to deliver agreed upon objectives on time
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent written and spoken English
