Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Needs Identification

  • Conduct a learning needs analysis to uncover learning gaps and design or improve current courses / seminars
  • Develop learning plans for the company

Content Development

  • Acquire external learning resources and develop a pool of Subject Matter Experts (both internally and externally

Develop Learning Infrastructures

  • Provide and execute calendar with seminar schedule
  • Develop IMPACTIVA’s LMS (Learning Management System) for internal online learning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

Learning Execution

  • Organize tie-ups with factories (footwear, apparel, leather, fabric mills…) to conduct learning for new technical hire
  • Mentor and coach all the learning coordinators in the Chennai, India and Dongguan, China offices

Learning Metrics

  • Create and monitor the metrics to measure the success of all learning


Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Learning and Development at a major multi-national with a minimum of 5 years as a Leader
  • Experience in providing Learning in a manufacturing and service environment
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and managing a team of trainer
  • Experience in administering an LMS
  • Experience in training both mid-management and senior executives on a variety of soft skill topics
  • Self-confidence to withstand internal and external pressures to deliver agreed upon objectives on time
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken English
