Job Description
Learning and Development: 70% workload
- Take Lead all learning and development issues in HR function, work closely with HR Head in China and global Academy Team in Headquarter in Netherlands, coordinate with region training issues in APAC.
- Establish and continuously improve company training mechanism, training policies and related process.
- Responsible for annual L&D budget application and monitor L&D budget spend.
- Design, organize and implement training programs and activities, conduct training effect evaluation, organize training assessment as scheduled.
- Manage internal and external resources in L&D to meet the needs from business side and improve the competency of staffs.
- Maintain L&D system, records and reporting of L&D activities. Provide constructive suggestions and planning for future.
Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition: 30% workload
- Be responsible for Employer Branding activities and strengthen it in labour market.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Officer in daily recruitment job. Support to complete the recruitment task as required.
Required Qualification
- Education background: Bachelor degree.
- Working experience: More than 5 years HR working experiences, including at least 3 years in Learning & Development
- Languages: Fluent in both written and oral English
- Familiar with office software, especially good at PPT, word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent language expression, good communication and facilitation skills
- Hard working, self-motivated and team work.
