Responsibilities:
- In accordance to the Group strategy, writing of training plan/ annual report/ working plan or any other report that is required
- Oversee and manage training programmes in the Personal Banking business
- Design and deliver wealth management, sales and services training programmes
- Understand training needs from the business by engaging with key stakeholders and providing professional learning solutions
- Manage learning projects, perform instructional design work to enhance learners’ experience
- Perform train-the-trainer coaching to ensure training quality and effectiveness
- Source and manage external vendors to ensure good use of learning resources
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and delivery sales and service, wealth management training, preferably in retail banking or financial industry.
- Good planning and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage the full training cycle
- Knowledge of Instructional Design, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
