1. Lean Production experience.
2. Familiar with IE improvement experience.
3. Good project organization and management, cross-departmental communication, coordination and conflict management capabilities.
4. Experience in manufacturing, R&D, engineering or quality assurance.
5. Good experience in household appliances, machinery, hardware processing and electronic information industries.6. Good ability to think and express systematically.
