• Plan for plant assessment / PO (Process Optimization) project activities such as:

• Execute plant assessment as per scope of process optimization
• Coach and manage a team of PO Specialists on various process optimization activities such as transformation / kaizen activities
• Facilitate developing project proposal based on assessment findings with details of program design, financial benefits
• Develop program details and prepare execution strategy for process optimization
• Implement process optimization activity ensuring active participation from internal & external team members
• Effectively monitor and communicate project progression with client and Impactiva leadership
• Designing P&Ps (Process & Procedures) and consistently improve based on world class standards
• Track / monitor project savings with pay back / ROI (Return On Investment) calculations
• Provide possible technical support to marketing team as and when required
• Contribute to future business development including ideas for marketing / sales
