岗位职责:
  • Set up internal trainer management policy/procedure
  • Make internal communication on it
  • Design campaign/activity on internal trainer exploration
  • Execute the campaign/activity to ensure effective impact and result
  • Work together with business to select right candidates for internal trainer
  • Lead internal trainer certification process
  • Assist with all aspects of training delivery from end-to-end, including working closely with HRBPs, business line managers and part-time trainers
  • Track and improve the training quality, including associating with part-time trainers to find out roots and set the improvement plan based on quality feedback.
  • Conduct awards and recognition for the part-time trainers
  • Work together with internal trainer on training materials development
  • Make effective training materials management

  • Collect business needs to make sure a suitable program design
Plan the program delivery schedule



  • Effectively manage the coordination of the programs, to ensure cost-effective and productive delivery of blended learning approaches associated with these programs
  • Coordinate and arrange the delivery of planned learning program
  • Track, evaluate and report the status of program
  • Continuously improve and optimize the procedures/contents/the service offered


任职资格:
  • 5-8 years working experience, focus on HR\Learning\Internal Trainer\Leadership. Good at communication and collabration.
  • Bachelor and Above
  • Experience on internal trainer mgmt
  • Project management
  • Communication and Collabration
