Qualifications/Requirements
- - Bachelor's or above degree in Engineering Domains from Mechanical, Automation, Software, Material or NDT.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

- Work out system level solution, concept design for a complete complex-structure automatic UT/X-Ray testing solutions, which is the base for further detailed design work from members in diversified technical domains like mechanical, electrical and software
- Lead a multi-domain project engineering team to design, build, test and deliver a complete machine to the final acceptance at customer site in system level with technical leadership and program management skills
- Work with cross function teams like project management, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service and safety in the whole project process to ensure all technical issues be tracked and controlled.
- Work out technical solutions, detailed proposals and cost calculations for customized UT/X-Ray testing system based on customer requirements to support sales function to win orders, which takes face to face discussion with customer directly.
- Perform design review for components and sub-system from design engineers in diversified domains under GE review process.
- Support and execute machine site installation, assembly and commissioning work to achieve the final acceptance by customer.
- Work out innovative ideas, patents and technical articles based on daily system engineering work.
- Support design engineer to solve detailed technical problems with strong system level knowledge and experiences.
- Understand technology and market trends in a dynamic way and define product roadmap and innovation direction to team to follow.
- Global communication for both technical and operation topics from UT/X-Ray team
- Handle Ultrasound Application testing and make reports to customer.

Qualifications/Requirements
- - Bachelor's or above degree in Engineering Domains from Mechanical, Automation, Software, Material or NDT.
- Strong knowledge on NDT(UT/X-Ray) domain in both theory and application together with system level machine design and build.
- 10+ years of hands-on experiences in the design & build of automatic machinery & equipment as mechanical, automation, software or system engineer roles.
- Direct development and project experiences in Healthcare/NDT industry for some big and customized UT/X-Ray system is a plus.
- Experience of team leader/manager with solid report line is a plus.
- Direct experience of developing UT Immersion Tank and tube/bar testing products is a plus.
- Technical leadership and influence in a multi-domain engineering team.
- Proactive, positive, productive;
- Communicates effectively in Chinese and English.
- A proved fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges;
- Willing to travel
