The Lead Generation Specialist serves as a primary resource for the development of qualified, strategic sales leads. This position will work closely with our Sales Team in order to identify qualified sales leads and to develop those leads into business opportunities for the Sales Team.

This position requires the ability to actively identify and target new business opportunities. It requires strong cold calling skills and experience in marketing or sales.

Language requirement: Fluent English communication skill is required to engage successfully with large businesses.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Identify the decision makers within our potential clients
  • Reach out our potential clients by phone, email or other networks.
  • Built up our first relationship with these companies.
  • Help the sales team closing meetings where they will offer our solutions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 years experience in sales and / or telesales/marketing
  • Good tele-communication skills
  • Proactive, personable, hard-worker and easily adaptable.
  • Able to multi-task, hunt for new opportunities and take on new challenges.
  • Have a good command of MS Office and Google tools.
  • Be active on social media in a business context.
  • Speaking Cantonese will be a plus.
