Detailed Description:

 

In this position, you will be responsible for products including Server，Storage，Networking sustaining work,

Issues tracking, failure analysis, yield improvement etc. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead program hardware working, co-work with other function teams like software，test  etc. to make sure  the products in optimal condition;

- BOM management, control BOM cost;

- Schematic change and layout change guidance;

- Support Field/Factory issues analysis;

- Issue debug and troubleshooting;

- 2nd source part and feature enhancement feasible evaluation

- Electrical test for 2nd sources, feature enhancement;

- Support NPI and NPI to MP transition.

 

Key Skills:
- BS or Master degree in computer science/Electrical/Electronics.
- A minimum of 5+ year hands on EE and system architecture design /debug  /Issue analysis experience, better on enterprise product development (e.g. server, storage, networking );

- Experience on x86 platform products will be a plus;

- Familiar with server, storage, networking products, experience on high speed development will be a plus;

- Familiar with product’s mechanical /thermal solution, experience on using relative tools to analyze issues will be a plus;

- Rich of experience on PSU, DC-DC convertor issue analyzing;

- Experience on FPGA/CPLD logic  design /debug  will be a plus;

- Experience on optical transportation product development will be a plus;

- Strong debugging and testing skills;

- Good English read, write and conversation skills. CET4 is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills. Must have team work spirit.
