• Lead resources on design and qualification of electronic driver for LED fixture from concept design till mass production per new product introduction process. 
• Work with system teams on defining product system specifications, design trade off, validation test, product & Process Qualification.
• Select proper driver circuit topology, components, PCB layout etc. per application.
• Validate driver options and analyze electronics failures and implement the corrective actions.
• Work with sourcing, quality and suppliers to ensure product cost, manufacturability and quality.
• Understand electrical product safety and performance regulation/standards (UL/CE/ANSI…) and apply to product design.
• Conduct technical review and clear illustration of driver design effectiveness with circuit operation principle and simulation tool, test results etc. Document patents and design details into documentation system.
• Effective communication with local and global teams during program execution. Proactively manage technical risks and communicates to stakeholders.
• Have high potential to lead on tech decision making and coach young team members

• BS Electrical Engineering Degree or above, Good understanding on power electronics circuit.
• Solid practical experience on power electronics and proficient in using CAD design/simulation. In-depth knowledge of product reliability and manufacturability.
• Able to prioritize complicated tasks to ensure program delivery.
• Strong personal values, integrity, customer centricity, commitment to performance etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good verbal and written English, CET4 above. Be adaptive to conference call during night time with global teams.
• Quick learner and keen problem solver. Self motivated with passion and energy;

Desired Characteristics:

• Minimum 8 years working experience in power electronics industry.
• Demonstrated success in designing power electronic products.
• In-depth knowledge of product reliability and manufacturability.
• Understanding of six sigma or statistical process control.
