This is a Lead Electrical Engineer role reporting to the Electronic hardware Manager in the Business Area – Electrification, Industrial Solutions located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

• Leading product design, development, modification and cost reduction effort according to project plan and design rule.
• Supporting marketing, manufacturing and FMA.
• Sustaining old product.
• Coaching and supporting the junior EE or fresh graduate for their design projects.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering major or above, MS EE is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years design experience in power electronics - high frequency switch mode power supply area.
• Must be familiar with various AC/DC, DC-DC topologies (such as half and full bridge, fly back, buck/boost, forward, LLC and others) and their theory, good understanding of magnetic design related to switch mode power supply.
• Must be a good team leader to set the good model to other team members and able to lead a project team, able to work under pressure and meet the project schedule, target cost and product performance, able to independently solve project issues, challenges, problems, delivers the required results.
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
