Responsibilities
- Leading Business Intelligence initiatives
- Supporting Salesforce.com support, data management and extraction
- Responsible for the design, implementation, management and administration of various sales projects and programs; responsible for managing all aspects of sales reporting throughout the organization; responsible for leading and managing staff;
- Responsible for the management of multiple, concurrent programs or projects which support global sales operations;
- Lead complex projects with multiple inter-coordinating elements where problem resolution may involve the application of new methods and/or approaches and may require consideration of impact with other systems and/or users;
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on programs, policies, processes and systems used within the department;
- Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals; may select, qualify and oversee the work of external vendors;
- Responsible for people management including but not limited to: staff development through coaching, mentoring or other means, performance management, administrative tasks, etc;
- Other tasks and duties as assigned;
- Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulations;
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence required; additional post-graduate education may contribute toward the desired years of experience;
Typically requires 6-7 years of significant financial experience to develop the competence to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position;
Candidates / incumbents should possess the following:
- Managing data reporting using programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
- ability or aptitude to apply in-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting methodologies and Division-specific operations to lead complex processes and to support related systems and functions;
- ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior;
- ability to operate independently with broad scope of responsibility under minimal supervision and under challenging time constrainits;
- ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately with all levels of the organization;
- ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions;
