Job Description

Responsible for delivering and/or supporting the delivery and follow-up of trainings for simple products. Develops agendas with clients to ensure learning solution content meets both client and business requirements. Participates in and performs product demonstrations. Develops an understanding of products and delivers basic trainings. May be supervised by more senior staff. Participates in and performs product demonstrations. Becomes familiar with the roles and responsibilities of internal colleagues and services. Learns about clients, the blended learning approach and how it fits into the overall client service model. Engages in cross-training with Client Education/Training team to grow knowledge of various business products. Responsible for following up on simple trainings. Leverages tools to measure success of learning offerings and programs. Receives and shares feedback from clients in a continual effort to improve the overall user learning experience. Demonstrates an aptitude for written and oral communication skills. Works to resolve issues with appropriate internal function(s) or client. Works with more senior staff when customization is required. Supports migration activities across all Lines of Business in EMEA/APAC. Supports product education for all internal users. No direct reports. May provide guidance to less experienced staff. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies. Scope is limited to the quality and accuracy of own work, contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning and Development or related field is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in in training delivery or content design preferred. Understanding of the Banks products preferred.
