2. 职位描述:
1. 面向Lazada跨境卖家,推广Lazada的跨境业务。结合阿里生态各端的资源,扩大Lazada在中国的渗透率、知名度、影响力,协助中国品牌与卖家进入东南亚市场。
2. 整合线上线下渠道、统筹媒体,包含但不限于产业媒体、微信公众号、在线广告、官方网站、招商宣讲活动、直播、博览会等。能够联动阿里集团和Lazada的PR团队,进行市场传播和卖家宣导。
3. 制定年度市场传播和渠道策略,帮助卖家熟悉当地市场与消费者喜好,涵盖大促规划、选品推荐、营销技巧等。
4. 与Lazada跨境行业团队紧密合作,推动Lazada跨境商家在东南亚当地得到更好的落地。
2. Job descriptions:
1. Promote Lazada's cross-border business for China domestic merchants. Combine various resources inside and outside of ALIBABA ecosystem, strengthen Lazada influencing power in China to better shape competitive edge in cross-border business, meanwhile help Chinese brands and sellers to enter Southeast Asia market.
2. Integrate and manage online and offline marketing channels, including but not limited to industrial media channels, Wechat/Weibo, online advertising, official websites, seller recruiting events, live activities, expositions, etc. Collaborate with Ali-group and Lazada PR team, tackle brand marketing and mass communication.
3. Formulate annual marketing plan to help sellers familiarize with local market and consumer preferences, including promotion planning, product selection and recommendation, operation skills.
4. Work closely with Lazada cross-border teams to help Lazada cross-border sellers better landing Southeast Asia.

1、本科及以上学历,5年以上互联网行业市场工作从业经验,有跨境电商经验优先;
2、熟悉微信公众号、媒体等的营销运营,有渠道推广经验;
3、思维活跃、有创新的营销sense,善于挖掘不同路径达成结果
4、良好的沟通理解能力,应变能力较强,具有突发事情的处理能力,有较强的责任心;
5、极强的英文和中文书写、听说能力;

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5+ years experiences in marketing/PR sector, including communication and community building. Cross-border or e-commerce experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the marketing operations of WeChat, Media and so on, together with channel promotion experience;
3. Active thinking, innovative marketing sense, good at innovations;
4. Good communication and understanding skills, strong adaptability, handling of emergencies, strong sense of responsibility;
5. Strong writing, listening and speaking abilities in English and Chinese;
