1. 负责搭建Lazada跨境商家成长体系。
2. 深挖跨境卖家需求,基于业务分析与数据分析,发现关键业务问题,与产品团队高效沟通,制定业务与产品持续优化策略,形成商家价值客户自运营整体解决方案。
3. 制定有针对性的业务计划,协调内外部资源,能有效解决商家端问题,推动大部分业务目标有效推进及方案最终落地。
4. 根据业务需求设计量化指标体系和运营体系。监控运营指标,制定合理的运营举措并获得预期业务结果。
5.和跨境卖家/品牌商一起创新业务模式,推动Lazada跨境生意在平台取得最佳的运营效果。

2. Job descriptions:
1. Building up Lazada cross-border seller growth mechanism. Optimize the transaction structure of Sellers, help them increase GMV, and effectively improve their operation skills.
2. Diving deep into cross-border seller needs, developing targeted training and strategic counseling according to seller characteristics, continuing to deepen connection with sellers by forming a scalable growth path and coming up with productization solutions.
3. Developing targeted business plans, coordinate internal and external resources, effectively solve business-side problems. Drive achievement of most business objectives and the final implementation of the program.
4. Designing a quantitative operational indicator system based on business needs. Monitor operational metrics, develop reasonable operational initiatives and achieve anticipative business goal.
5. Innovate business models with cross-border sellers/brands, basing on industry and platform status, find new opportunities and breakthroughs in the industry.

1、6年以上互联网行业市场工作从业经验,有跨境电商经验优先;
2、能够制定清晰的客户分层策略,并具有很强的数据分析能力,挖掘数据背后的洞察;
3、具有非常强的跨部门、跨团队协同能力,能够调动横向团队的积极性,并通过有序的项目管理推进进度达成目标;
4、具有一定的资源整合能力,包括但并不局限于流量运营、产品运营、培训运营等;
5、对互联网产品工具有一定的概念,能够快速学习产品工具,并具有产品工具运营的思路和优化能力;
6、结果导向,面对困难灵活调整策略,充满正能量,英语沟通流利者优先。

3. Job requirements:
1. 6+ years’ experience in the Internet industry, cross-border e-commerce experience preferred;
2. Ability to develop a clear customer segmentation strategy, strong data analysis and insights capabilities;
3. Strong cross-team and cross-function communication skills, can motivate peers and co-work teams, and achieve goals through orderly program management.
4. Capabilities of resource integration, including but not limited to traffic operations, product operations and training operations, etc.;
5. Certain knowledge of internet product tools, quick learner of product tools and sense of productization and product optimization;
6. Results-oriented, flexibility of strategy adjustment in the face of difficulties, positive thinking, fluent in English communication is a plus.
