The Landscape Package-General Support Manager has the authority and responsibility to ensure the implementation of Roche Global Engineering’s project quality standards for designated portion of the RICS project:
The key responsibilities are:
? Ensure that the submissions by relevant contractors/suppliers and associated package contractors are managed in adherence to the Roche Global Engineering Manual.
？ ? Coordinate with pRED Shanghai user to maintain established requirements for project
execution through to hand-over
？ ? Ensure the relevant contractors/suppliers and associated package contractors are working to
an approved, pre-construction schedule plan, detailing information required, interface requirements, shop-drawing requirements, procurement of materials and suppliers, fabrication requirements, regulatory requirements etc set to agreed dates.
？ ? Structure and document the flow of shop-drawing materials between the contracting parties on
behalf of the Client Project Manager
？ ? Ensure that the relevant contractors/suppliers and associated package contractors generate
the necessary documentation to facilitate on-site works and completion, and augment this information personally where necessary.
？ ? Ensure by means of supplier and factory visits that off site fabrication is proceeding and
completed in terms of shopdrawings, detailing, quality, constructability and schedule.
？ ? Ensure that on site construction, detailing and finishing is proceeding and completed in
accordance with approved shop drawings.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

Liaison with Roche Package Managers, CM and CCM (Stakeholder Management)
? Align, with Roche package managers, Roche Architectural lead and Roche design manager, the documentation required for implementation of; tender packages, shop-drawing development, construction, commissioning and hand-over of the works packages.
? Create tender packages for remaining packages in conjunction with relevant Roche team members and ensuring compliance with building schedule..
? Support the relevant contractors/suppliers and associated package contractors shop drawing process in terms of constructability and required quality and finish on site.
? Prepare strategies and schedules to effectively execute the pre-construction works and provide regular reporting to managers and stakeholders on progress, risks, issues and actions.
? Manage the scheduling and work with the Package Managers, CM and CCM to ensure the on-time delivery of the works
? Ensure the process to obtain stakeholder approvals is robust and operational
? Assist in obtaining and monitoring the relevant authority / statutory requirements and their associated timelines. Assist in managing the provision of relevant contractors/suppliers and associated package contractors information through to the successful completion of the regulatory process.
? Support and monitor GC and associated sub-contractor internal management and interface structure highlighting and helping to resolve identified issues with the team.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
? Minimum 10 years management related experience in the field of Landscape Design and Construction, and related disciplines. Wider knowledge of the technical and construction process in the fields of architecture and ID of benefit. Technical knowledge and site experience essential. Construction Coordination in the Pharmaceutical Industry. International experience or experience of working on international projects in China required. Qualified architect preferred.
