创设于2000年的麟和建筑工作室（ATELIER L+），是一个立足于建筑实践与城市研究的建筑师团队，探讨建筑本体要素的现代性以及中国城市背景下的大尺度建造，关注中国大规模建筑建造中的现代性定位，关注基于现实条件与语境的高品质建筑实现，构成工作室的设计实践基本方向。高度的研究性与实践性构成了设计作品的基本特征。

研究，决定了建筑师需要对社会和专业保持一种高度的敏感，需要保持一种批判性的思考，需要在建筑外在条件和内在逻辑的探求中寻找答案，需要创造性地回应项目背景与现实需求，需要广阔的视野与组织策略。研究，使工作室保持了一贯的开放性与前瞻性，并努力参与到中国建筑当代性的探索之中。

建造，决定了建筑师需要高度的专业知识与职业经验，需要各专业工程师磨合而成的高水平团队，需要建筑师与业主-承建商-专项设计-政府部门等的良好沟通，需要建筑师对于细节-材料-工艺-工地-生产等环节的全面掌控。实践，使工作室保持了高水准建成作品的持续实现，并获得良好的声誉与专业奖项。

麟和建筑工作室（ATELIER L+）成为中国当代建筑多样化背景下的活跃团队。从设计竞标、到工地配合、材料选择、整合专业设计等，工作室坚持建筑设计实践的全过程参与，工作室建成与在建的公共建筑项目超过二十多项，包括核心的城市地标性建筑、城市工业遗产的再生、以及类型众多的文化-教育-办公-体育-酒店等建筑群落。立足于“系统建构”的策略选择，使麟和建筑工作室在中国建筑当代性的探求中，得以获得自己明确的立场定位与话语关注。

Atelier L+, founded in year 2000, is a team of architects based on architectural practice and urban research, who’s also exploring the modernity of architectural elements and mage-structure with the background of China’s urbanity. Focusing on the modernity definition in China’s mage-structure and the high-qualified architectural practice based on solid environment, constitute the mainstream of practice for Atelier L+. Researching and practicing comprise the main characteristic of its projects.

Research leads to a heightened sensitivity of the public and the profession that an architect required. Research looks for critical thinking. Research helps to seek answers among exterior situation and interior logic. Research requires creative response to both the project background and reality need. Research also desires wide-open perspective and management strategy. Research enable the studio to maintain continuous openess and foresee, and to take part in the chinese contemporary architectural practice.

Construction requires heightened professional knowledges and experiences of architect. Construction needs different kinds of engineers to integrate into a whole, and good communication between clients, architects, contractors and government. Construction looks for the architect to get a comprehensive control of details, materials, construction site and production. Meanwhile, practice enable the studio to reach a high-lever and continuous architectural realization, as well as great honors and professional awards.

Atelier L+ has become an active architectural team in the diversity of contemporary China. The studio commits to participate in the whole process of the architectural practice, from construction site cooperation, material selection to integration of different types of work. There are more than 20 public projects constructed and under construction, which involve city landmark, industry buildings regeneration and various types of architecture clusters such as culture, education, office, sports and so on. Based on the strategy of “systematic construction” , Atelier L+ has got its own definite standpoint and concern through the exploration of contemporary Chinese architecture.

Participating in the projects of landscape design，especially the integration of landscape and architectural design.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in landscape design, and more than 2 years working experience for landscape design;

2. Familiar with various design software and building regulation; Strong research skill;

3. Have a persistent pursuit of landscape design. Keep aggressive and have a good attitude towards learning new knowledge and skills;

4. Good at communication and service;

5. Applicants with excellent English communication skills and oversea study experience will be given priority.
