Our client is a well-known architecural and project management consultancy, currently searching for an Architect/Landscape Designer to oversee and assist in some of their large-scale projects in PRC.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project planning and design concept generation to fulfill the client's expectations
• Cost analysis management to make sure projects are within the market range and ultimately within the approved budget from the client side
• Working closely with the Project Director for the progress and the quality of the project life cycle
• Project execution and attend regular site meetings with external parties for significant projects
• Manage full spectrum of the project development including the post-project analysis for future improvement feasibility studies
• In-charge of tendering design, procurement and budgeting of respective development

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
• At least 3 years of experience in Retail/Luxury retail at managerial level or above
• Experience in managing full cycle from budgeting, planning, scheduling to relationship management with external parties
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
