周保华设计(frc) 2008年于香港成立，主要针对国内城市发展的环境，就个别地方的需求提供城市和景观的策略性研究和规划与设计，擅长于跨越不同专业领域的综合性项目。工作室秉承可持续发展理念，致力在大小尺度都市与自然环境中创造共生发展，针对个别场地的特点挖掘地域感，并且通过环境的塑造使文化得以延续、发扬、再生。

创办人周先生西学艺术及景观设计，通过在国内外多年的实践经验将前期的城市规划与景观设计融会贯通，利用专业之间的互动及创意提升项目的不同价值。曾作为易道（EDAW/ AECOM）亚洲区创意总监，屡获国内外规划与景观设计奖项�o其中包括美国的城市土地协会（ULI）和景观设计师协会（ASLA）。

Studio

Initiated in 2008, the practice of frc design stretches from strategic urban scale to built works of landscape with primary focus in china. Its range of project portfolio, mainly concerns of the public realm exemplifies the studio’s strengths in breaking disciplinary boundaries that offer an integrated approach for bridging the built environment with the cultural and environmental concerns grounded in its context. frc+ g was established in 2011 in partnership with a Guangzhou based landscape firm kmcm to further strengthen the presence and commitment for china and the asian region.

Founder frank r chow was trained in the field of fine arts and landscape architecture with over 20 years of urban design + landscape design experience. Prior to frc, he was formerly the regional creative director and principal of EDAW / AECOM in which his projects have received international recognitions from Urban Land Institute and American Institute of Landscape Architects. He is also the recipient of the Jacob Weidenman Prize as the top design graduate from the Harvard Design School.

Since its inception, the studio with its diverse background has also completed a range of other relevant projects from lighting master plan, small scale architectures to pubic art planning. In 2015, Mr Chow was invited to become a partner of Beijing based O+ Public Art Consultancy that focus on design and fabrication of urban furniture, urban lighting and public art.
