Job Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for the processing and storage preparation of cord blood units according to laboratory Standard Operation Procedures
• Plan, set up and undertake controlled experiments and trials
• Handle and accurate recording laboratory data, present results to Lab Manager/ Lab Director
• Demonstrate of procedures and scientific analysis
• Receive and accept of incoming materials
• Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Write reports, reviews and summaries
• Participate in-house and external training as required
• Report duty on shift
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biological Science, Biotechnology or Life Science related disciplines. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience in processing of cord blood or performing laboratory testing would be an advantage, but not a must 
• Experience in phlebotomy would be an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Able to work independently and without supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Must be Hepatitis B immunized.
