Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and test standard formulation, optimize and convert global formulations into local operational formulations to achieve customer requirements and product cost optimization targets.
2. Coach and support the laboratory staff to ensure tests on raw materials, blending samples and filling samples are carried out in accordance with Quality System (QS) .
3. Prepare QC procedure in line with Quality System (QS).
4. Ensure laboratory equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and operated via scheduled preventive maintenance.
5. Implement Statistics Quality Control processes in the collection and analyst of data from various manufacturing process in accordance with TS 16949 requirements to reduce variance and waste.
6. Keep good communication Carry out analysis of in-Service lube oil samples for customers.



Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or chemical analysis.
2. At least three years’ chemistry laboratory experience with multinational manufacturing companies, professional background in lubricant field is preferred.
3. Be familiar with Quality Control system, such as ISO9000 / TS16949.
4. Good spoken and written English skills are preferred.
5. Skilled use of computer and a variety of common office software.
6. Good communication skill and team work spirit.
