Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily clerical duties to laboratory department
  • Handle laboratory consumables and instruments procurement process
  • Monitor and update stock inventory and fix asset records and issue inventory report
  • Maintain preventive maintenance record and calibration record of essential instrument
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Science discipline
  • Minimum 2-year experience in administration work
  • Experience in procurement and stock take is a competitive advantage
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, detail-mind, pro-active and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and can meet tight deadlines
  • Office at Shek Mun (Shatin District)
  • Alternative shift on Saturday, shift schedule and overtime work occasionally
