담당 업무: 노조 관련 업무 및 HR BP 업무
[ER Role]
- Lead the administration and implementation of the organization's labor relations programs, policies and procedures.
- Investigates unfair labor practices, facilitates and administers the collective bargaining process, mediates workplace conflicts, and prepares and coordinates disciplinary actions, grievances and arbitration.
- Leads standard contract/CBA/Agreement negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee representatives and labor organizations.
- Provides management and employees with direction on employee legislation and labor relations matters.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the company’s HR policies and procedures as well as country specific employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with others within the company to ensure timely, effective and efficient resolution of labor relations issues.
- Provide guidance, counselling and training to managers and employees for policy interpretation and sensitive work-related issues.
- Lead special projects/programs requiring HR & other LOB partner input.
- Leads and engage in external and internal labor audits as required
[HR BP Role]
- Additionally act as a HR business partner to certain business LOBs and provide professional HR support.
- Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues.
- Assist in the development and execution of the HR strategy including identifying creative approaches to assisting the business.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
- Mentor other team members. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: HR 업무 8년 이상 (노조 업무 경험)
- Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years experience in a Labor Relations role or a related role with an HR focus.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of country specific laws and regulations pertaining to employment.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex fast paced environment.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience partnering with legal resources to resolve complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
- Demonstrated problem solving and judgment skills with the ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
- Experience preparing and delivering information in a concise, professionally written format.
- Excellent communications skills; specifically, diplomacy and patience when communicating with others and diffusing difficult situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills; especially, verbal communication, listening and problem solving.
- Experience working with executives and key business stakeholders.
- Experience working in a large global corporation.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, benefits, organizational design, employee relations, diversity and performance management would be a plus.
- Good proficiency of English language
- Ability to travel as required.
