Key Responsibility:

• Perform analyses including physical, chemical, microbiology as testing protocol

  对原料和成品进行理化和微生物分析

• Responsible for the routine maintenance for lab equipment, can independently conduct testing according to testing procedure

  正确熟练使用仪器进行测试检验工作，并维护和保养好仪器设备

• Can quickly find out the root cause and fix the problem while device breakdown

  当仪器发生故障时能快速正确的判断故障原因并自行排除简单故障

• Perform sample analysis and documentation of analytic results with high quality and high performance, timely notify supervisor the testing result

  熟练掌握测试指标，确保测试结果符合标准；并及时将检验结果通知主管

• Actively participate in running of laboratory, prepare, edit and implement WI, SOP and OPL

  熟悉实验室5S管理工作，编写作业指导书及SOP、OPL

• Write original inspection records and keep them properly. Gather the quality inspection reports of raw materials and finished products monthly, conduct data analysis and provide relevant data. Keep retention sample of raw materials and finished products, and samples should be regularly sorted out

  做好检验原始记录并加以妥善保管，按月进行原料、成品质量检验报告的整理和统计，并提供相关数据资料。做好原料和成品的留样和保留工作，定期整理留样

• Perform work according to relevant EHS & Security and other legal standard Actively participate and implement EHS & Security improvement

  遵守安全规定、对不安全行为进行识别判断、并执行

• Smoothly communicate with other department

  遇到问题及时与相关人员协调沟通

• Complete other task assigned by supervisor

Qualification Requirements:

• Educational background:

• College degree (or above) in food science, food safety, chemistry, biological science or related major

  大专以上学历, 食品科学，食品安全，化学，生物或相关专业

• Have food inspection qualification certificate is preferred

  有食品检验资格证书者为佳

• English/Chinese communication skills is preferred and plus

  可以英文沟通为佳

• Relevant experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in laboratory in food or related industry

至少2年以上食品相关领域的实验室工作经验

• Understanding of laboratory management system ISO 17025

对ISO 17025 有所了解为佳

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力

• Good computer skill in MS-Office

熟悉MS-Office操作系统，尤其是Excel、Word软件的使用
