I. Job Summary

The technician will be primarily responsible for the following areas:

1. Responsible for lab and his or her safety during the testing process;

2. Support to manage the resources to ensure all testing tasks are completed timely;

3. Conduct and finish the testing tasks routinely;

4. Support technical service department by innovative trouble-shooting;

• 协助技术服务部门通过创新手段解决技术问题。

II. Personal Qualifications

? Education - A Bachelor or above degree in Textile related is required.

? Experience/Job Knowledge/Expertise -

o 3~5 years’ experience in textile testing is a requirement.

o 3~5 years’ hands-on experience in operating fiber content identification is a must.

o Familiar with major textile testing standards and most testing items.

? Initiative – The candidate must be a self-starter who takes initiative in conducting and finishing the testing tasks timely and enjoys a high-level of interaction with technical service team and internal stakeholders.

? Language Skills – Written and spoken proficiency in Chinese languages is required and written and spoken proficiency in English is preferred.

? Communication skills – Good verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation & teaching skills are required.

? Teamwork – The candidate must be internal stakeholder to support all the related, such as team members, sales, TS, HSE, etc.

? Others -

o High commitment to personal safety and the safety of others.

o High level of ethics & integrity.

o Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

3~5年的纺织物纤维含量识别操作实践经验；

熟悉主要纺织品测试标准和纺织品测试项目。

语言技能 – 具备良好的英语写作和口语能力。

沟通技巧 – 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧，能够进行讲演或ppt演示更佳。

团队合作 – 拥有团队合作精神，能与本部门及相关部门,如销售、技术支持、安全部门等进行良好的协作。

其他 - 高度关注个人人身安全及他人安全；

诚实守信，品德高尚；

愿意接受工作中15%左右的出差行程。

III. Job Responsibilities

a. Work with HSES to ensure the safety of the lab;

b. Operate test equipment to complete specific test tasks;

c. Submit English-Chinese testing report after every testing;

d. Maintain the test lab as a high-performance unit;

e. Keep the lab. clean and tidy.

f. Analyze and test yarns and fabrics and support development work to match/improve key properties.

g. Assist in complaint investigation. Work with Manufacturing and QA on analysis of yarn complaints.

h. Communicate with test equipment manufactures for on-going maintenance and updates;

工作职责:

• 与安全部门合作,确保实验室的安全；
• 操作实验设备，完成指定的测试任务；
• 完成实验后提交英汉双语的测试报告；
• 日常维护实验室设备及物料库存，确保实验的顺利进行；
• 保持实验室干净整洁；
• 分析和测试纱线及纺织物,并支持技术开发工作,提高产品关键性能；
• 协助产品投诉调查。与生产部门和质量部门共同合作，处理客户投诉；
• 与实验设备制造商沟通,对设备进行持续的维护和更新。
