Job Description:

• 理解算法组的算法设计，整合算法代码，基于算法代码开发参考链代码 ；
• Understood algorithm design from algorithm team, integrate algorithm code and develop reference link based on algorithm code;
• 设计用例验证参考链代码，以支持回归测试的顺利进行，并持续改进参考链的执行效率；
• Design case to verify reference link, support regression test of software product, and improve execution efficiency of reference link;
• 与测试组密切配合, 支持各种测试场景的参考数据生成。
• Closely cooperating with test team, support to generate reference data for various test scenarios.
• 与开发组密切合作, 支持系统集成及测试。
• Closely cooperating with development team, assists in the completion of system integration and test.

任职要求：

Required profile:

• 硕士及以上学历，通信工程，软件工程，计算机科学，电子工程等相关专业；
• Bachelor or above. Major in Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or related;
• 有扎实的LTE/5G物理层协议知识背景者尤佳；
• Strong background in LTE/5G physical layer knowledge is much preferred;
• 有LTE/5G物理层算法或软件开发经验者优先；
• LTE/5G physical layer algorithm or software development experience is a strong plus;
• 做事主动积极，开朗，良好的沟通及团队合作能力；
• Self-starter and open minded. Good communication and team work skills;
• 良好的英语阅读、书写能力。

• Good English reading, writing skills.
