Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders
• Manage US e-commence marketplaces orders.
• Arrange logistic order and traffic routes
• Coordinate logistic flow with internal & external parties
• Prepare invoice, regular reports and relevant document
• Provide clerical support & to the department
• Maintain sales, purchasing order and delivery note in ERP system.
• Perform ad hoc assignment as per superior’s requested

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder from HK or Overseas in supply chain, purchasing or related subjects.
• At least 2 - 4 years working experience in logistics, PMC, inventory control, merchandising or VMI
• Experience in e-commence/ online sales platforms is an advantage
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
• Familiar with Chinese characters input
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin, knowing other languages would be an advantage
• Proactive and mature team-mate willing to learn
• Travel to China factories if needed
• Immediate available is highly preferable
