Job Description
上海市 浦东新区

Responsibility:

1. Analyze business needs to determine Training and Development strategy and objectives.

2. Create, design and implement training programs including management development and talent management.

3. Review and evaluate the program effectiveness. Support and monitor Training related policies, procedure and plans according to HR strategy as well as Training & Organization Development policies in order to comply with related guidelines and support business needs and development.

4. Implement training procedure and LMS systems. Manage eLearning courses into LMS systems.

5. Talent development program management, delivery, execution and evaluation.

6. Outlining the competency requirement for each level & create function learning map.

7. Develop and monitor Training and Development budget.


Requirements:

1. At least 6 years training experience in a multinational company

2. Knowledge and experience in Learning & Development full cycle

3. Experience in implementing and delivering successful training programs

4. Capability to work under pressure

5. Bachelor degree or above

6. Fluency in English
