In the engine-room of the kitchen environment, you’ll provide our inspirational chefs with the vital service of a clean and hygienic space, along with clean crockery. You’ll occasionally assist with prep and be flexible to work Houseman shifts when required.

Shifts are either morning or evening, throughout the week ( Should be able to work on weekends)

Experience in 5 star Hotel restaurant preferred. Sound understanding of cooking techniques. We are looking for a person with a can-do attitude and who is able to work under pressure. As well as the ability to multi task and organise your workspace while maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards appropriate to adhere to NZ food safety.
