Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Senior Cooks and Cooks to ensure proper efficiency and functioning of section Kitchen
  • Schedule the working hours of the kitchen staffs to maintain sufficient manpower by taking into consideration the volume of expected business
  • Ensure the whole working area under meticulous cleanliness and orderliness as well as proper use of equipment at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experiences in catering establishment with similar capacity, preferably in hotel industry
  • Holder of Certificate related to Food Hygiene will be an advantage
  • Good command in Cantonese and Basic English
