Mercure Queenstown Resort is looking for highly motivated, reliable and mature minded team members to join our gorwing kitchen team

Assisting the kitchen brigade in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy.

Utilize food handling techniques which are in line with current Health & Hygiene regulations

Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and fridge / freezers

Do a season or stay on for the summer with the great options of things to do in summer in Queenstown.   Can look at learning other departments and upskilling for future hospitality travel.

Flexible with start dates and contract: casual, short term, long term talk to us about your stay in Queenstown.

Work Experience

-Communicates proficiently (verbal and written) in English language

-Is able to work over a 7 day working week roster
