We're seeking an exceptional individual with fantastic presentation skills, an eye for detail, a commitment to exceptional customer service and a desire to maintain the highest of food standards.

Working in a busy Kitchen which looks after a 148 room hotel, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Kitchen brigade in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept hygienic and clean at all times.

Your main duties will be:

• rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away
• wash pots by hand
• ensure that all Food and Beverage outlets are provided with clean and sanitized operating equipment
• use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items
• wipe down benches
• sweep and mop floors
• assist with food preparation when required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good verbal and written English communication skills
• Be physically fit for a demanding and busy job
• Be reliable and punctual

Commercial Kitchen experience will be an advantage
