• Assist with the assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking as required;
• Be responsible for the cleaning duties within the kitchen and food preparation areas;
• Maintain a high level of workplace hygiene and safety in the kitchen and related areas;
• Become a part of our sociable and diverse team of ambassadors.

• Previous kitchen experience in a similar environment is preferred, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of our luxury guests;
•  A professional and friendly can-do attitude, with fantastic interpersonal skills;
•  Reliable and punctual with a high attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile;
•  Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
