1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree;
本科文凭及以上
2. A recognised teaching qualification for the required age range (e.g. B.Ed., PGCE or Early Childhood Education qualification);

3. Minimum two years teaching experience in early years education;

Job description
岗位职责

1. Plan and prepare stimulating, challenging and enjoyable learning opportunities which take into account the EYFS curriculum of the school and the individual abilities of the students in the class;

2. Work closely with the Head of Kindergarten and other teaching staff as part of a team to achieve agreed targets and implement schemes of work;

3. Support the vision, positive ethos and policies of the school and the aims and values of the RQSS Kindergarten;

4. Assess and report on the development, progress and attainment of students; 评估和报告学生的发展 、进步和成就；
5. Motivate students with enthusiastic, imaginative lessons;

6. To work with other colleagues including Chinese Co-teachers to plan lessons;
与包括中国同事在内的其他同事一起备课；
7. Participate in CPD activities and staff meetings;
参与持续专业发展活动和员工会议；
8. Offer extra-curricular activities to support the ethos and school enrichment program; 提供课外活动， 支持民族精神和学校充实计划；
9. Contribute to and attend whole school community and marketing events throughout the
year;

10. To complete any other reasonable duty as requested by the Head of Kindergarten or School Principal.
完成幼儿园园长或学校校长要求的其他合理职责。

This is a short-tern position for native speaker as Da Ban Homeroom teacher, effective from June 1, 2024 to October, 31 2024.

During this period, the staff will be entitled:
1. full salary from June 1 to July 3, and August 1 to October 31;
2. 5,000 RMB as meal allowance;
3. 6,000 RMB as flight allowance;
4. 2,000 RMB as visa allowance;
5. 2,000 RMB as relocation allowance.
6. Furnished accommodation onsite;
7. Medical insurance.

According to the staff mapping and to consider with the performance, there will be an opportunity for long-term employment.
