Sanya Kindergarten (Hainan)
Salary: 15-25k after tax + 5k housing allowance

Responsibilities:
‐Teach, on average, about 2 hours a day.
‐Collaborate with the other foreign and Chinese teachers to plan your UOI's in Managebac.
‐Support the Chinese teachers when they teach.
‐Take care of, and have fun with the children.
‐Provide feedback about lessons, issues and/or improvements we can make.
‐Upload daily notes/observations/recordings etc. to Managebac to communicate the progress children make to their parents and develop the children's portfolio.

Requirements:
‐Bachelor degree or higher.
‐Visa eligibility.
‐Experience working with children.
‐A passion for inquiry‐and play‐based learning.
‐A desire to improve yourself.
‐Seeing the Kindergarten‐years as the most important period in a child's life as it lays
the foundation for their character, social skills and cognitive skills.
