Job Description
Position: Kindergarten Principal.
Responsibilities:
1.Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term vision and strategy for the kindergarten, in line with the school's broader goals, vision and mission.

2.Curriculum Development: Design and oversee the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that is aligned with educational standards and meets the needs of early years learners.

3.Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff to ensure high-quality education and services for children and families.

4.Budgeting and Finance: Manage the kindergarten's budget and finances, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support the school's operations.

5.Partnership Building: Build partnerships and relationships with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive and collaborative environment for children's learning and development.

6.Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that the kindergarten complies with all relevant government regulations, standards, and policies related to education, health, safety, and child protection.

7.Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the kindergarten's performance regularly, and make necessary improvements to enhance the quality of education and services provided.

8.Communication and Outreach: Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders about the kindergarten's goals, programs, and progress, and promote the school's mission and vision to the broader community.

9.Fostering a collaborative and productive relationship between the kindergarten program and the primary division by working closely with the Head of School and Principal of the Primary Division. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for young children from kindergarten to primary school, including the provision of a consistent and cohesive curriculum that meets the developmental needs of the students.
10.Cooperate with the head of school to any responsibilities and duties designed by the work.


Job Requirements:
1. Native English speakers;
2. PHD degree
3. 8-10 years kindergarten managment exprience.
4: have co-founder exprience.
