Job Title: Kindergarten Lead Teacher
Location: Beijing
Start Date: ASAP
Working hours: 8:00-17:00, lunch break 11:30-14:00
Salary and Benefits:
-The compensation package for the Lead Teacher role ranges from 28,000 to 36,000 RMB per month, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to the guidelines outlined in the Teacher Handbook.
- Upholding the school's vision, mission, and educational philosophy.
- Development and implementation of lesson plans that align with Class Learning Objectives and promote student progression.
- Identification of teaching goals, content, and lesson sequences tailored to students' educational needs.
- Setting challenging yet realistic expectations for student learning and providing support for those requiring additional assistance.
- Leading and instructing classes with engaging and effective teaching methods.
- Enhancing the English-immersion environment during all activities.
- Supervision and observation of students during playtime and recess.
- Establishing and maintaining classroom discipline in line with school policies.
- Coordination and planning of various school events and activities.
- Management and guidance of Teaching Assistant staff, including communication and resolution of issues with Chinese Lead Teachers and Daily Life Teachers.
- Assessment of student progress in accordance with school policies and provision of regular updates to parents.
- Ensuring safety during classroom activities and student interactions.
- Cultivating and maintaining positive communication with parents and providing them with necessary information about their child's learning and progress.
- Participation in regular meetings with classroom teachers and administrators to plan, delegate tasks, and discuss improvements in education and childcare.
- Contribution to student recruitment efforts, including conducting demo classes and special events.
- Continuous professional development through engagement in formal and informal learning opportunities, as well as critical self-evaluation of teaching practices.
Position Requirements:
- English native speakers
- A clean criminal record.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- No teaching experience is required for the Entry Level Lead Teacher, while at least 1 year of teaching experience is expected for the Lead Teacher.
- A TEFL/TESL/TESOL certificate, a teaching license, or a minimum of 2 years of education-related work experience.
