Job Description
Position: Kindergarten Homeroom teacher (Pre-K or K1) ASAP
Salary 28,000-34,000 RMB before tax per month in total (housing allowance included)
7000rmb travel allowance for first year, 10000rmb from second year.
10000rmb contract renewal bonus.
5000rmb relocation allowance for teacher move from another city to Shanghai
5000rmb professional subsidy. 10000rmb Diamond Employee bonus.
Insurance (basic accidental and medical insurance). Breakfast and lunch.
approximately 2 weeks full paid winter holiday（actual date refers to school calendar）
approximately 2 weeks full paid summer holiday（actual date refers to school calendar）
Work Time: Mon-Fir 8:00-16.30
Location: Line 18, Kangqiao, Shanghai(2 min's walk to campus)
Students age: 3-6 years old
Start date: ASAP
Job Descriptions:
1. According to the theme of the IB inquiry unit, combined with the English teaching content, formulate the semester plan and stage assessment content.
2. Actively participate in collaborative planner meetings, school meetings, and related education training and workshops.
3. Actively pay attention to children's English expression ability, and provide personalized feedback and communication with parents on a regular basis through weekly communication books, monthly assessments and daily observations.
4. To assist the school in carrying out activities such as public activities and extended classes.
5. Participate in online and offline admissions activities as needed, and assist in arranging exams and maintaining freshmen.
6. Assist class teachers to strengthen class safety and child care.
7. Complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, and actively support the other work carried out by the school.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above, understand early childhood psychology and early childhood teaching methods, and one of the following major related: Pre-education, Music, P.E., Drama, Dancing will be a plus.
2. Priority will be given to those with at least 2 years of course-related teaching experience or worked as kindergarten teacher.
3. Love children, cheerful and energetic, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Have passion on teaching job, has one’ own unique teaching style.
5. Native English speaker. Qualified for teaching work visa (Only accept in China)
