Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Planning and preparing English teaching syllabus;
2. Implementing English classes and other classes, and outing activities for children;
3. Attending planning meetings as well as staff meetings as required by the administration;
4. Support in parent meetings according to school's communication plan with parents;
5. Support in communication with parents and parent interviews;
Support in marketing activities and recruiting plan.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. 2years or above working experience
3. Major in Pre-school education related

Functional Competencies :
1. Native English speaker;
2. Female teacher only;
3. Education related major of Bachelor or above;
4. Teaching certificate, Montessori Certificate or experiences preferred;
5. At least 2-3 years' classroom teaching experience with pre-school kids ;
6. Highly energetic, creative, reliable individuals;
7. Can be homeroom teacher is preferred.
