Job role: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher (for 2-3 years old)

【Requirements】
‣ Native English Speaker
‣ A minimum two years’ teaching experience in a kindergarten school setting
‣ The ability and aspiration to attain high standards;
‣ Excellent interpersonal skills, visible through their relations with children, colleagues, parents and other professionals;
‣ A track record of exceptional pastoral care and be able to prioritise the happiness and well-being of all students;
‣ Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background;
‣ A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life;
‣ A clean police check and no question regarding suitability to work with children.

【Salary and Benefits】
Monthly salary range: Before tax RMB 26K – 32K (Housing is included)
Assessment Bonus：
1) If passing two assessments during a year, maximum compensation RMB 7500 flight ticket back to his or her home country will be provided
2) 12K is basement, other 12K-18K is paid after passing assessment
OT salary: RMB 400 yuan / hour (OT hour: 4pm-5pm)
Insurance: Medical insurance is provided
Sick Leave：60% of salary will be paid with providing the doctor’s diagnosis during sick day leaves
Holidays： two weeks of paid Christmas holidays;
two weeks of paid Chinese New Year (including one week of national holiday);
two weeks of paid summer holiday;
other national holidays
